In order to provide our clients with a personalized digital twin that

 suits the needs of their building and assets, ReX2 offers tiers of

digital twins and levels of twin sophistication.

Digital Twin

Tier One

Matterport Twin

A Matterport scan of the building is conducted, generating a walkable tour,

3D "dollhouse", and floorplan.

Tier Two

Architectural Twin

An accurate - to scale - 3D model created in Revit and Rhino. This model can be

elaborated upon to visualize possible build-outs or enhancements made to

the building. Model is also available for 3D printing.

Tier Three

Dynamic Twin

Augmented with in-situ hardware, data is transmitted between the building

and the Dynamic Twin via an IOT Hub, providing real time insights on asset and

building metrics.

Tier Four

Interactive Twin

The Dynamic Twin is enhanced to allow user control of building systems

at the click of a button.

Tier Five

Predictive Twin

The AI interpolates IOT data and generates graphs and charts of building

metrics and provides solutions to reduce overhead maintenance.
